Agencies for direct payments

Contact us as an agency for direct payments
Please call and ask one of our friendly team about government direct payments and for a free no obligation assessment. We can give you advice about how direct payments work and you can receive care in the home paid for by the government directly to you. Should you wish to look at what care at home means to you our nurse assessor will visit you in your own home or in hospital, as the case may be and take the time to explain our services to you, Free of charge. We take the time to make sure that the care is right and specifically designed and adapted to suit your personal needs.
Live in care provided by our agency is eligible for the direct payments scheme. Direct payments are local council payments for people who have been assessed as needing help from social services, and who would like to arrange and pay for their own care and support services instead of receiving them directly from the local council. A person must be able to give their consent to receiving direct payments and be able to manage them even if they need help to do this on a day-to-day basis.
Direct payments are made directly into your bank, building society, Post Office or National Savings account and the amount you receive will depend on the assessment your local council makes of your needs. Direct payments can be used to pay for the care services and/or equipment which will meet the needs the local council has assessed you as having.
