If you decide you would like to take things further, we will then arrange a home visit, which other family members are encouraged to attend. This will enable your loved one to decide whether care at home would be right for them and it will allow us to carry out an assesment of their care needs.Our care needs assessment visits are free of charge and entirely without obligation.
